  • This is the most personal option. For this, I work directly with you to create a personal menu that is emailed to you weekly in a PDF file. You or I grocery shop, followed by me coming and cooking your meals for you. Your meals will be packaged how you like and food cooked directly tailored to you. This is the perfect option if you are low-no sodium, have lethal allergies, or are very selective in your eating habits. I have extreme attention to detail and keep profiles on all my clients likes, dislikes and any other food preferences.
