Examples of Meals in Each Tier

The Plain Jane Meal:

1. 6oz BBQ roasted chicken breast, ¾ cup jasmine rice, 2 cups steamed broccoli

2. 6oz garlic shrimp, ¾ cup couscous, 2 cups roasted zucchini

The Dressed-Up Meal:

1. 6oz BBQ glazed chicken breast, ¾ cup cilantro lime jasmine rice, 2 cups garlicky steamed broccoli served with a tex-mex BBQ sauce.

2. 6oz marinated garlic and herb shrimp, ¾ cup couscous cooked in vegetable stock, 2 cups roasted zucchini served with a lemon herb vinaigrette.

The Chefs-Cut Meal:

1. Hardwood smoked BBQ chicken quarter, ¾ cup cilantro lime jasmine rice, 2 cups charred broccolini with roasted garlic, and a creamy coleslaw. Served with a tex-mex BBQ for drizzling.

2. 6oz marinated and seared garlic and herb tiger shrimp, ¾ cup couscous salad with golden raisins, almonds, peppers and dill. 2 cups roasted vegetable blend of zucchini, squash and red onion. Served with tzatziki and a lemon herb vinaigrette.

Snacks

Snacks will rotate, just like the menus you choose from! There is a huge variety, and they are all house made.

Examples:

1. Chicken salad, broccoli salad, egg salad (4oz per serving)

2.Hummus and pita bites (4oz per serving)

3. Protein packed ranch dip and veggies for dipping (4oz per serving)

4. Beef jerky (Teriyaki, Jerk, Salt and pepper, BBQ) (3 oz per serving)

Desserts

Dessert options will rotate as well. They can be indulgent, or health oriented.

Examples:

1. Chocolate chunk fudge brownie bites (1 per serving)

2. Protein packed baked doughnuts (1 per serving)

3. Citrus upside-down cake minis (1 per serving)

Menu options and rotations

The fun part! Menus will be sent out every 2 weeks on Monday. You will receive a PDF file that has 8 entree options, 10 snack options, and 5 dessert options, based on what tier meal plan(s) you want to see.

Q: Can I order from multiple tier plans at once?

A: Yes! You are not stuck in one category. I can send all tier options to you, and you can pick and choose which ones you want week by week.

Q: Can I special request items?

A: Yes, you can. I can take into consideration any requests you have.

Q: What if I have allergies?

A: In most situations I can accommodate mild allergies. If your allergies cause anaphylaxis, I suggest utilizing the private chef option.

Ordering

Ordering takes place through this website. I will send out a menu bi-weekly through email, and you choose which meals, snacks and desserts you want and how many of each. Orders will open for the week on Monday and will end Thursday nights, by midnight.

Payment

Payment is due with your order. I am currently accepting zelle and venmo. If you prefer cash or check special arrangements can be made.

Delivery

Deliveries happen on Sundays in order for you to get the freshest meal prep possible. Delivery is FREE! The time window will be between 11am-4pm, depending on your location. I can deliver directly to you, or I can place them in your fridge if given access and there is a clear designated spot available.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead?

A: I unfortunately do not offer pick-ups at this time.

Q: Can I change my delivery date?

A: Yes! I could work with you and deliver on a different day if Sundays are out of the question. However, this will affect the number of days you're able to eat your meals. Because everything is made fresh on Saturdays, and you can only consume food 7 days after it's been cooked (per USDA) you would have to eat everything delivered by the following Saturday. The result is ultimately just less time to eat your meal prep.

Q: Can you leave the meals at my door?

A: The short answer is yes, but it is highly not recommended. The food is delivered cold and would need to be brought inside and refrigerated within the hour. Fresh food can only be left out for up to a couple hours before needing to be brought back down to 40 degrees in order to be safely consumed. Leaving the food out puts you at risk of a food borne illness and is not recommended. I cannot be held responsible for illnesses that occur due to improper refrigeration after the food is in your care.

Presentation

You will receive individual meal kits that are portioned for one person. Each box will be labeled with color coded stickers; you will be emailed a ledger that explains what sticker coordinates to which meal. This provides a super easy visual distinction of the meals so you can pick which one you're in the mood for! The containers will be re-usable plastic-microwavable boxes. I do offer a 5% discount on your order for clean, returned containers. Glass options are available.
